Registration
To register, send an e-mail to Maurice Giovannini (m.giovannini@cpz.nl) and indicate what type of car you will be driving and the number of cars so that noise emissions can be calculated. If you want to cancel your reservation, due to circumstances, you are kindly requested to inform mr. Giovannini on this decission. If the withdraw has not been reported 48 hours prior to the test-event, Circuit Park Zandvoort has the right to charge 25% of the testing costs.

Race license
All drivers must have a valid race-license to gain access to the testing days. Junior-racers, without a valid license, should contact mr Giovannini, to discuss options.

Limited noise capacity
Because we have to comply with strict noise requirements, there is limited capacity on test days.

Noise limit
Remember that there is a noise limit of 92db(A) (excl. Formula Cars). Cars that make too much noise for whatever reason will be taken off the track and will only be allowed back on the circuit once they have adjusted their noise emissions. There will be no refunds.

Pit boxes
Pit boxes (5x15 meter) are available for hire for 100 euros per day (there is a limited number of boxes available). The person renting will be charged for any damage to a pit box.

Payment
Payment will be made in cash on the test day itself to the Circuit Park Zandvoort staff managing the event.

Safety requirements
Vehicles must comply with safety requirements as laid out in the ‘Auto Sport Jaarboek 2011’. More information on this matter can be found on www.knaf.nl. Please keep in mind that all drivers have to wear their full race-outfit (f.e. helmet, gloves, balaclava, shoes, racing underwear etc.). Passengers for instruction are only allowed when permission has been granted by mr. Giovannini.

Circuit access
Trucks higher than 3.30 metres can enter the track in the morning between 7.00 and 9.00 hours. After that the circuit is rented and we cannot promise that a truck will be able to go on the track.
